Coleraine is the largest and main town on the Causeway Coast with a population of 24,089. Situated on the banks of the River Bann, Coleraine has an attractive pedestrian town centre with award winning floral displays. Soaked in history, charm and character, the town offers a unique mix of old and new with first class shopping, historic buildings and several parks which are ideal for families. There is a plethora of takeaway food outlets and some of the best restaurants in the Province located a short drive away. Follow the Walking Heritage Trail round the old 17th Century Plantation town. Within walking distance of Tullans is Cheeky Chimps - a large Soft Play Centre which serves good food daily. Also within a 5 mile radius of Tullans is a Multi-Screen Cinema, a swimming pool, 10 pin bowling, water ski centre, Equestrian Centre, Forest walks, Waterworld, Surf School, Coleraine & Ballymoney Council Run Coaching and Summer Schemes. Local Event

The North West 200

The Relentless International North West 200 is Irelandís largest outdoor sporting event, attracting crowds in excess of 150,000 as well as the biggest names in the sport including Michael Rutter, Ian Hutchinson and Gary Mason. Taking place annually in May, the Relentless International North West 200 circuit runs between the towns of Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine Ė an area of outstanding natural beauty and home to the world famous Giantís Causeway. The triangle circuit is one of the fastest in the world, and 2010's event has just seen Stuart Easton from Scotland smash the fastest speed record by reaching 204mph!

International Air Show

The spectacular West Bay of the resort is a natural amphitheatre for this 2-day programme of air & sea displays, ground shows and exhibitions. The weekend regularly attracts crowds of up to 200,000 and is now firmly established as Irelandís largest air show.

Northern Ireland Milk Cup

The Northern Ireland Milk Cup was established in 1983 and quickly progressed to become one of the most prestigious youth football tournaments in Europe, if not the world. The competition is based at Coleraine, County Londonderry and several surrounding towns - Ballymoney, Limavady, Portstewart, Portrush, Castlerock, Ballymena and Broughshane.
